It's almost midnight and I'm wrecked. Still have lots of work to finish up for meetings tomorrow :( Oh how I wish I could make jewellery designing my full-time job! :P Maybe I'll be brave enough to take that leap in a few years' time. Right now, nope, no where near courageous enough!

Anyway back to the issue at hand, which is the necklace above- made out of a fimo (I think) flower, gold-coloured charms & white coral, this is a charming girly piece. Again, another unique one-of-a-kind piece- generally I prefer not to make more than1 of each item- what's the creativity in that? :)

Hi all! First of all, let me apologise for not updating this site for so long. I had a virus in my computer :( and couldn't log onto alot of applications- No MSN for 3 weeks, how did I survive!

Secondly, a kind soul has brought to my attention the fact tt only people with Google a/cs can comment on this pg- not very conducive to feedback! :) I have since corrected that mistake! Pls feel free to leave comments, good, bad, whatever! Obviously it'll be nicer to get good feedback than bad, but hey constructive criticism & all yeah? :)

And lastly & most importantly, I'd like to thank all the kind people who visited my stall at the Pines on Saturday. I made the flower from copper wire, whilst the chains are made of coated base metal. The 3 turquoise beads are from Czechoslovakia- sadly I didn't go there to buy it! :P

I love these 14k gold plated rocking horse charms! As a kid I always wanted a rocking horse- but never got one :( Aren't these charms ever so sweet?

I've made them slightly assymetrical, with the charms hanging at different positions. Oh by the way, although the charm is 14k gold plated, the chain is not! So do take note of tt please!

This earring measures about 7 cm, from the top of the hook to the bottom of the ring. Although it is entirely made of 14k gold plated charms and findings, it is not too heavy at all. (I've made some earrings before tt I really liked, but were a lil heavy :( )

Although called "Copper and roses", this necklace is not really made of copper! The chain is copper coloured non-precious metal and the centre piece is crafted out of alumnium, whilst the rose crystals are from Swarovski. The Celtic knot-inspired centre piece was crafted by yours truly, so this piece is truly one-of-a-kind.

This necklace is crafted from gold coloured non-precious metal and mother-of-pearl beads. The flower is carved from very good quality shell, and is very smooth to the touch.

These lovely assymetrical earrings are made out of Japanese tensha beads and freshwater pearls. The pearls are quite a good size, making this piece really quite good value for money! They can be worn both during the day and at night, and will definitely be an accent piece which will garner many compliments!

Note: These earrings were snapped up the day after I made them! Thank you Linda :) (sadly, it was not sold via this site!)

This is the first piece I've made for some time. I liked it so much tt I couldn't help keeping it for myself :)

The rose is made out of clay (polymer?) and I had to drill a hole in myself to attach it to the golden leaves at the back! The white beads are white coral and a lovely contrast to the gold chain- if I do say so myself! :)

Hey guys! Sorry I have not posted anything for a while, but have been rather busy due to Chinese New Year and all- I know, I know, that's no excuse! I'll do better next time OK? :) Anyway I hope that all of you had great Chinese New Years?

Prague SOLD

This is a simple yet elegant long necklace made out of special Czech beads which I bought in Prague this summer. The beads are purple, but part of them are silver, so the necklace is always glittering when worn and drawing attention!

They can be worn long, or as a shorter doubled up necklace and also wound round the wrist to make a multi bracelet.

'Sand, sand and waves' is a bracelet about 13.5cm in length. A toggle clasp is used to enable the wearer to put on the bracelet without any help- I've tried it, so rest assured! If a klutz like me can do it, I'm sure everyone else can too! :)

Again another one-of-a-kind as I no longer have those big Czech blue beads!

This picture really does not do the piece justive. The Swarovski crystals look so delicate next to the mother of pearl and they really shimmer in the light. There are also little freshwater pearls interspersed between the mother-of-pearl beads which are very luminous and well, pearly! :)

Lumiere SOLD

'Lumiere' is crafted using a shell/ mother-of-pearl (I know that the flower is made of either one or the other of these semi-precious stones, but am not very sure which one it is. To avoid any misrepresentation, I am putting both down!) flower in the centre. It is suspended using 2 strings of freshwater pearls on one side, and a chain of pink Swarovski crystals on the other.

The above piece is made using a jade flower, Swarovski crystals and Japanese seed beads (behind the flower and so not visible when this choker is worn. Alternatively it can be used as a belt.) Jade is a precious stone which is supposed to bring calm and serenity to the wearer- hence the name 'Garden of Serenity'! :)

This piece is what I would call one of my 'perenniel' pieces. It is a highly popular piece and I have made several of it, all varying slightly in the arrangement and number of each type of bead. The majority of the beads are Japanese seed beads which are used to accentuate the miracle beads and Swarovski crystals interspersed throughout.

It is called 'Convenience in Pink' as it is extremely easy to put on. The wire is a 'memory wire' and always retains in shape! So to put it on, you just 'wind' it around your wrist. It's great for people who love accessorising but get up late so always find themselves leaving the house without anything (any jewellery that is!) on. :)

Hello again everybody! I am feeling rather pleased as I managed to use Adobe to scale down the size of pictures today!! :)

I uploaded this picture in a slightly larger size than normal so that you all can get a better look at its intricate details. The main part of the necklace (i.e. that which goes around your neck!) is hand crafted out of stainless steel, Japanese beads and Swarovski crystal. The bit that dangles down, unfortunately, is not made of stainless steel. It also consists of Japanese bugle beads (the long glimmering ones) and Swarovski crystals.

This piece is again one-of-a-kind as I will not be making this design again.

Yet again another one-of-a-kind! This is truly a unique piece, and no replicas will be made. Even if I wanted to, I wouldn't be able to, as the centrepiece is a button which I purchased in England! It is complemented by Swarovski crystals in green and purple. The chain is of an extraordinarily long length- about 70 cm in all, and can be doubled up to use as a necklace/choker or worn as a belt!

This is another one-of-a-kind piece. I used silver-plated wire and brown beads which came all the way from Scotland to make the centrepiece. Unfortunately I am not very certain what the brown beads are made of! They are most probably acrylic, but no guarantees. Turquoise beads are used to string everything together.

This piece was created using stainless steel (i.e. will never tarnish! A godsend in a country like Singapore where the weather is so humid!! :) ) and glass beads. The little blue ones are Japanese seed beads and the centre bead and blue accent beads are Czech. I actually bought the blue accent beads when I was on holiday in California! :)

The piece can be wrapped around your neck and worn as a choker or around your wrist as a bracelet- very versatile! :) It is a one-of-a-kind piece as although I may produce similar pieces in future, none will be exactly the same as the wire is wrapped by hand.

Ola chicas (and any gentlemen who visit my site! :) )2006 is over and 2007 is here- thankfully, I've started it on the right foot, by finally doing some of the things I've always wanted to do! :) On New Yr's Day itself, I had my first driving lesson. All in all, it wasn't too bad, I only stalled like 15 times! :P

More importantly, I have actually set out to create a website to display my beaded creations! I've been saying that I would do this since I was 17 ( no I'm not going to tell u how many yrs ago tt was! :P) so it's high time!

I've not yet figured out how to reduce the size of my images to upload onto the blog, but once I do, I will definitely get down to it straight away! I hope you like what you see! :)
